THE BRIEF
Grazie Gift Baskets is a boutique gift basket company specializing in corporate gifts. Trading as Cyn Creations, Grazie commissioned Elixir to create a brand and consolidate their corporate image.
OUR RESPONSE
The discovery phase of our engagement with Cyn Creations determined that business people buy gift baskets to say thank you to their colleagues and clients. After presenting several options for a new business name, the word Grazie was decided upon. Grazie means thank you in Italian. A brand logo and style was created incorporating a smile symbol with the strap line “a smile in every one”. We also identified several unique benefits that were not being communicated to customers; Grazie had an exclusive range of condiments that were home made so each basket was unique and contained a hand crafted card customized to the recipient. Supporting material including a website was developed letting customers know just how special these baskets were.
THE RESULT
The rebranding has received a tremendous response, with a massive increase in incoming orders. The business is now realising it’s potential.
