THE BRIEF
Galwey Pearls is an icon in the West Australian Pearling industry. Specialists in unique and exquisite pearl jewellery, Galweys had built an enviable reputation over many years, but their existing branding didn’t reflect the style and sophistication their product and level of service deserved.
OUR RESPONSE
After a comprehensive assessment and discovery process, Elixir undertook a rebranding exercise including a brand redesign and compilation of photographic assets to ensure that the new brand was consistent and correctly deployed across all media. A tag line was created which positioned Galweys as purveyors of “Pearls of Distinction” to reflect the unique range of pearls on offer. A new shop fitout and signage both in store and at key sites in and around Perth and Broome were supported by a print advertising campaign appearing in publications targeting potential customers.
THE RESULT
In a highly competitive industry with several key players firmly established, Galweys new brand positions them among the very best. They now have a brand and image that they can stand proudly behind and a strong foundation and direction for future marketing.
